My wife and I visit the slide road location regularly. Today we visited the Indiana location. We were massaged by two men, and they were the worst techs we’ve ever had. We understand you’re not going to get 5 star service at this place. But holy cow, they were TERRIBLE. 4 towns I had to tell them “push harder please”, and on top Of that, spending 15 minutes lightly caressing my hamstrings? It’s ridiculous. Please, Relax Reflexology…… TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO ACTUALLY MASSAGE!!!!!!!!

I have been to this facility before. Massages were good. I took my daughter for her first time and we did the body and feet 30 mins each. We selected a level 3 for intensity. I went fist and then my daughter. There was two men available. The older man took me and my daughter got a younger man. He was massaging my daughter’s neck when I walked past to get my foot massage. My person massaged pretty hard for a 3. After we were done my daughter said she would NEVER do that again. She said it was so hard AND he uncovered her, lifted her shirt and pushed her pants lower and massaged her with oil. They have never removed blanket from me and have always massaged on top of the blanket. My daughter was absolutely shocked but didn’t know if this was normal. It’s hard to contact someone there because of language barrier.

Quite literally the worst massage I’ve ever had. I got up and left before my time ended because was essentially digging her elbows into my back, and had to continually move her hands from my butt. i literally have a bruise on my arm today. At one point she was trying to “massage” my tailbone, with her elbow no less. There is literally no reason for any masseuse to do that. I spent more time wiggling on the table and redirecting her than actually getting massaged. It was inexpensive, but in this case I didn’t even get what I paid for because I was expected to pay in full and I had no way to communicate my dissatisfaction because no one spoke English beyond the very basic “hello”, or “ok?” They kier slide a piece of paper across the counter. My expectations are in the basement with these places because I know I’m getting a $30-40 message. I doubt anyone in there is even a licensed massage therapist, but I have never had an experience this bad. This was straight up AWFUL.
